Context
Appointed by Bro Myrddin Housing Association to develop a scheme for social housing. The project consists of a mix of one and two bedroom social housing flats which are a short walk from the town centre and adjacent to Bro Myrddin' s Offices

28 flats new one bedroom flats in Pentrefelin Street, Carmarthen . The project was undertaken by Tycroes Construction Ltd on behalf of Bro Myrddin Housing Association.
